RECEIVING YOUR TICKET ORDER AND FREE TICKET

Show your ticket order receipt, RBC Avion® Visa®, and photo ID at a ticket window or at Guest Services to collect your ticket order, and redeem a free Adult, Senior, Youth, or Child Full-Day Lift Ticket.

REFUNDS

All lift ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if not utilized, you may exchange a lift ticket for a ticket of equal value or upgrade by covering the price difference this winter season only.
