E-BIKE RENTAL IS VALID FROM 9 AM TO 5 PM (AGES 13+)
Our electric bikes make pedaling a snap and provide a thrilling and unique way to see popular Lake Louise attractions. Rental package includes e-bike, helmet, bike lock, tool kit, map of the area, and demonstration of use.
PICK UP YOUR E-BIKE WHENEVER YOU ARRIVE
Once you have placed your e-bike reservation it can be pick it up at whatever time you arrive on the day you selected. Just show your purchase receipt and ID at our e-bikes rental tent in the courtyard down the stairs between our two main lodges. Our friendly staff will show you how to use the e-bike, and provide you with all the details you need to explore the area. E-bikes must be returned by 5:00 pm.
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be given with 24 hours of the rental date/time under ordinary circumstances. Refunds may be provided for extreme weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances deemed satisfactory by our rental staff.
